Christopher S. Lipari, esq.

Chris has extensive expertise in complex litigation matters, including wrongful death and personal injury arising from several types of accidents and negligence. Chris has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney since 2007.  This is the highest specialty certification available to New Jersey trial lawyers. Chris has also been named to New Jersey Super Lawyers, which recognizes outstanding attorneys. 

Through his representation of individuals as well as corporate clients, he also has extensive experience handling commercial litigation, employment law and insurance coverage litigation. In addition, Chris handles insurance subrogation involving defective products, automobile negligence, liquor liability, fire loss, oil contamination and professional negligence cases.

Following graduation from Mount Saint Mary’s College with a bachelor’s of science in business and finance, Chris attended Widener University School of Law.


Jennifer A. Deiter, Esq.

Jennifer serves as “of counsel” to the firm and has more than 20 years of legal experience. She focuses primarily on representing clients in personal injury matters and has extensive experience handling automobile accidents, slip and falls, and cases involving defective products.

After graduating from Lafayette College with a bachelor's of arts, double major in government and law, anthropology and sociology, Jennifer attended Temple University School of Law. Thereafter, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Joseph C. Visalli, Superior Court of New Jersey in Cape May County. She represented injured people for seven years at the law office of Rossetti & DeVoto in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, before opening her own office.

Jennifer is a court appointed civil arbitrator in Burlington and Camden Counties. She is a member of the Burlington County, Camden County and State of New Jersey Bar Associations. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and federal court. 


Kristin M. Mancuso, Esq.

Kristin serves as “of counsel” to the firm and focuses her practice exclusively on defending the rights of the disabled. Since she began practicing in 2013, she has assisted countless individuals in securing Social Security disability benefits. Throughout her career, she has appeared at over 1,000 hearings on behalf of disabled individuals before Administrative Law Judges across the nation.

Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in psychology from Villanova University in 2009. She went on to receive her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey, United States Magistrate Judge, United States District Court.

Following law school, Kristin spent six years at a large nationwide Social Security Disability firm, eventually serving as a lead attorney and manager. Since joining Lipari & Deiter, she continues to handle social security and disability cases, providing hands-on, personalized attention to each client.

Kristin is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of both the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.


Jack Feinberg, Esq.

Jack has more than 40 years of legal experience in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, commercial transactions, mediations and arbitrations.

After graduating from Syracuse University with a bachelor's of science in economics, Jack attended University of Akron, where he earned his law degree. He was managing partner of Biel, Zlotnick & Feinberg for many years before opening his own practice in 2009. He was a New Jersey Superior Court approved Arbitrator an Mediator. Jack retired from the practice of law in March of 2019. He serves as an advisor to the firm.

Jack has been named as a Top Lawyer in New Jersey - The Legal Network for more than 15 years. Jack has been involved in many Atlantic County athletic programs and charitable organizations. He is a founding board member of the John R. Elliott Foundation - Hero Campaign.
